The Duo

I took some photos of my gerbils the other day with my camera and thought I’d share one of them with you all.

The Duo

The one on the left is called Rocky and the one on the right is called Scarface.

    They look quite young?

    I got two gerbils about 15 months ago and pretty soon after found myself with three more and then another five soon after that.

    Unfortunately it turned out the first two were probably brother and sister and cousins as well no doubt (not that the pet shop told me) because some of the young were a nasty example of why inbreeding is a bad idea.

    Yours look pretty nice, I’ve never seen one the colour of Scarface before.

    They’re both brothers from the same litter and are roughly 4 months old.

    They have good temperaments, however are still cautious about me lifting them.
