Yeh, mark of the beast!

You know they used to say, in ye olden days, that if you travelled faster than a horse you would explode or some shit!

So you don't watch TV either, or use a mobile phone because these, now well accepted technologies, were most likely at some time called in relation to "the beast".

More to the fact, what are you doing on a computer?

The RFID is obviously the Mark of the Beast. Anyone who cannot recognize that is already doomed. Seriously.

The idea is to have an integrated piece of equipment, a ubiquitous extension to your hand. I.e. it's always there and always on and you don't have to worry about it when you're using it.

If I was actually doing this I would indeed create a glove to use, getting surgery to test something it perhaps a bit over the top!

How about avoiding the pain of surgery and just have a glove or finger tips that can be interchanged depending on the applicaton. Much better! Plus there could be a privacy issue with the hand thing.

Ooh, and even more wonderful applications are afoot: Suppose you're a lecturer and you've got a presentation to give, but it's online and the network's down, or on a floppy that's buggered. Then you've got no quick way of showing it to the kiddies asleep in front of you.

Now with Microchip Hands, the presentation is in your palm. When you pick up the projector's remote, the slides are transfered to it, then to the projector. Easy peasy.

Or you could pick up the projector if it's small enough: http://www.chait.net/index.php?p=572&page=1

Looks good, but at the moment I only have one question:

What on earth were you doing up at 5.19am?!?

Quite a plan indeed... I can imagine the headlines of a new crime: Prime Minister's right hand stolen, valuable state information lost! or Hand snatching at an all time high!

Ok, that is crazy :P

Oh well, it's a brilliant plan all the same Chris :)
