MillSoft.org :: Up and Running

It’s here, hold your applause to until the end of the post please.

MillSoft.org has finally been launched!

Ok so it’s not that impressive, but I have finally gotten round to setting up my new professional site at MillSoft.org.

After seeing that Steve Strowes had decided to make a more professional site (note that at this time there is nothing on it), I got to thinking that it would be a good idea to set up one of my own. I have a vast amount of server space available and am able to set up multiple domains with ease. Therefore when I came home one evening from the pub, drunk, I thought it would be a good idea to set this all in motion. Internet shopping is too easy, after only a few minutes browsing I had bought the domain millsoft.org for 2 years.

Perhaps some sort of breathalyzer unit should be installed in most PCs to stop people from shopping whilst inebriated. Other drunken purchases I have made in the past are a t-shirt that is too small for me (some people would have me stitch two together) and various books which arrive at a later date to be greeted by my “oh yeah I did buy that” face.

I have been working on the site for the past week and yesterday got around to setting up the domain properly. For now it’s up and running but doesn’t have much in the way of content… I’ve published my CV but that’s all really.

Let this be a lesson to you all, don’t be afraid to shop whilst drunk, mostly it works out Ok.

    Good to see that my ideas are influencing the drunk.

    It should be noted that sdstrowes.co.uk is likely to be completed within a day or two :)
